| Green Card Reminder & CorrectionPosted: Saturday, November 21, 2009
 |
|
GREEN CARDS
Green Cards provide documentation required by EPYSA policy, Insurance regulations, and play-back tracking data for those players participating on both FC York and club teams. As reported in the August 2009 League Meeting minutes, a change in policy was established concerning the submittal of Green Cards to the league office.
Effective with the Fall 2009 season, each club is responsible for designating one representative to collect and submit all green cards to the league office. Green cards must be received by the League Administrator no later than one month after the season or by the first League meeting following the end of the season, whichever comes first. The Fall 2009 Season Green Cards are due by Thursday, December 9th, the date of the first League meeting following the end of the season on November 15th. Remember clubs face a $15 fine for each missing or late green card.
Please note that the return address included on the Green Cards distributed for the Fall 2009 season is incorrect. The correct address is:
York USA
651 Lombard Road
#222
Red Lion, PA 17356-9054
