MANDATORY CHECK-IN for the 2012 York Cup Classic will be held Friday, May 18th from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Springwood Golf Club in York (map and directions). The Springwood Golf Club, a Heritage Hills Property, represents a venue change from the Heritage Hills Golf Resort and Conference Center in York (map and directions). For out of the area teams that have made hotel reservations at Heritage Hills, please note that the driving distance between these two locations is only 2.3 miles (approximately 6 minutes). The following must be submitted at registration:

• Two (2) copies of your team's state approved, stamped ROSTER.
• All PLAYER PRIMARY PASSES (including primary passes for secondary and guest players).
• Individual MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS for each player.

Team applications and payment must be submitted prior to registration and check-in. 

NOTE:   No additions or changes will be accepted after registration Friday night.
