ACCESS YASRA HOSTED REFEREE GAME REPORTS
Click here to go to the York Area Soccer Referees Association (YASRA) website to access the Referee Game Report form options hosted there. | |
| These instructions apply to both the online and downloaded interactive, PDF-based Referee Game Report using Adobe Reader (free). |
NOTE:
Adobe Reader will only permit you to print the completed form for snail mail delivery to the League Office. |
- Access the Referee Game Report.
If text entry fields are not highlighted, then click the Hightlight Fields button. Fields highlighted in red are required.
- Complete all required and any other fields as appropriate.
Some fields are repeated and these will be auto-populated as you go.
- Click the Print File icon to print a copy of the report for submittal to the league office.
Be sure to print two (2) copies if you want one for your records.
- Sign and mail a copy of your game report, along with the team lineups, to the league office.

Saving a copy of the form is not required but is recommended. Please note that the form is write protected and will require you to provide a new file name.
- Click the Email icon to send a copy of the form to the league office.
Your email client must support the electronic transfer of PDF files.
- Click the Print File icon to print a copy of the report for submittal to the league office.
- Sign and mail a copy of your game report, along with the team lineups, to the league office.
