Surveys
The York USA Online Surveys function provides our organization a mechanism to quickly and simply collect information related to specific topics. Individual online surveys will come and go as need for information demands. Most surveys will be open to the public, that is, the players, parents, coaches, club administrators, and others associated with the teams and clubs that make up our organization.
Would you like to see a specific, York USA wide survey taken? If so, please email the information to our webmaster who will present it to the Executive Board for consideration.

Soccer Ball Survey
York USA provides each team a game ball at the start of the fall season each year. This year (Fall 2008 to Spring 2009) a new 32-panel, Travel-series ball was introduced. We have recieved both positive and negative feedback about this ball throughout the course of the fall season. Your Executive Board and the league's soccer ball supplier are interested in more detailed, more specific information about this new ball and we invite you to complete the following survey. This information will be used to help guide the selection of the soccer ball for the 2009 York Cup Classic soccer tournament, the 2009 York Recreational tournament, and next years (Fall 2009 to Spring 2010) League Game Ball. We will also be providing the results to our supplier to help them provide the best quality at the best price.

U8 "Rules" Survey
In accordance with guidelines set forth by EPYSA and US Youth Soccer, York USA introduced small-sided soccer at the Under-8 level of play beginning with the Fall 2008 league season. We have recieved both positive and negative feedback and are conducting a formal survey to determine how the new U8 Rules and Play worked out. The results of this survey will be used to determine if any changes or improvements are required.
